Refund Policy

14-day refunds
You can request a full refund within 14 days of buying a credit package. After a refund, the credits from that package are removed from your account.
How to request
Card and Apple Pay orders are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record — use the link in your Paddle receipt email or visit paddle.net. For PayPal or InstaPay orders, email amalhassan1985.ah85@gmail.com with your payment reference.
Failed generations
If a generation fails, no credits are taken, so no refund is needed.
